PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a switching operation for measuring conditions and confirmation for a measured result in each measuring item not required in every finish in respective measurements, so as to carry out efficient measurement. SOLUTION: The measuring conditions for the each measuring item stored preliminarily in a measuring condition memory 23 by a measuring condition storing means 22 are read out, by an execution order setting means 24, according to an execution order stored preliminarily in an execution order memory 25, the conditions are set to a measuring part 21 to conduct the measurement, the measured result in the each measuring item is stored in a measured result memory 28 by a measured result storing means 27, and an assigned result out of the measured results is selectively read out by a measured result selecting means 29 to be displayed on a display 30.
