<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for conducting scheduling which suppress unfairness occurred by a pipeline processing and to reduce fixed delay time. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a means for grouping packets from plural input ports into plural groups constituted of two or more input ports, a means allocating output ports to the input ports in the respective groups and conducting reservation and a means for conducting pipeline scheduling among the groups.</p> |
