PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical processing method taking an optical path of an optional beam from an objective surface to an image surface through an optical system as a reference axis and efficiently and precisely calculating a paraxial amount/an aberration amount developed around the axis and an optical processor using it. SOLUTION: Three or more kinds of azimuth are introduced, and paraxial/ aberration analysis are performed for an optical system with given optical data.
