摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight AC voltage control device for supplying AC power to a load in a variable voltage state while preventing the interruption of a current to the load or the generation of a short-circuit current. SOLUTION: The secondary winding of a transformer T is connected between an AC power supply ACV and a load Z. The primary winding of the transformer T is set up to one of three states by switches SW1, SW2, i.e., a state (1) that one end of the winding is connected to one end of the AC power supply ACV and the other end is connected to the other end of the AC power supply ACV, a state (2) that one end of the winding is connected to the other end of the AC power supply ACV and the other end is connected to one end of the AC power supply ACV and a state (3) that both the ends of the winding is short-circuited. Voltage between both the ends of the load Z is lower than voltage of the AC power supply ACV in the state (1), the voltage is higher than the voltage of the AC power supply ACV in the state (2) and the voltage is almost equal to the voltage of the AC power supply ACV in the state (3). Capacitors C1, C2 prevent the sudden change of impedance between both the ends of the secondary winding during the operation of the switches SW1, SW2.
