PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency power amplifier that can suppress production of a spurious signal in the case of simultaneously amplifying a plurality of carriers. SOLUTION: The high frequency power amplifier is provided with a distributor that distributes a plurality of input signals with different carrier frequencies into a plurality of signals, a phase shifter that gives a weight to a phase by each of distributed signals whose number is equal to a number wherein 1 is subtracted from a plurality of distributed number, a 1st synthesizer that sums the distributed signals and the signals with different carrier frequencies among the signals to which phases are weighted, an amplifier that amplifies an output signal of the 1st synthesizer, and a 2nd synthesizer that sums and outputs the output signal of the amplifier. Summing the output signals of the amplifier can cancel a spurious signal component.
