SOFT DRINK FOR REDUCING HANGOVER USING BOEY TEA

PURPOSE: Provided is soft drink for reducing hangover using boey tea, a kind of green tea, as well as for promoting health by using natural medicinal herbs in manufacturing the soft drink. CONSTITUTION: The soft drink for eliminating hangover is manufactured by the following steps of: i) roasting green tea leaves and adding a certain amount of water to the roasted leaves; ii) keeping the leaves at room temperature to let the leaves be fermented by bacteria in the air; iii) boiling the fermented boey tea leaves with Hovenia dulcis thumb, Phellinus linteus, and Hedyotis diffusa willd; and iv) removing the boey leaves from the solution to obtain the soft drink which can reduce hangover.
