摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic skew adjuster of disk drive is provided to be suitable to disk mechanism of high recording density and large capacity by sensing in a real time and adjusting a skew automatically even though it is happened phenomena that a skew is distorted during disk drive operation. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor(401) is for driving a disk(411). A main base(402) places an optical pickup apparatus(403). A spindle chassis(405) is formed with the spindle motor(401) in one body and its one side is connected with one side of the main base(402) with a hinge and a protrusion part(410) is formed at the end part of its other side. A skew sensing sensor(412) is located at a designated part of the optical pickup apparatus and senses a light ray of the optical pickup(403) and distortion of the disk(411), and generates a sensing signal. A main control part(413) inputs a sensing signal of the skew sensing sensor(412) and outputs a control signal. A skew control motor(404) has a central axle(409) and is fixed at the main base(402) and receives input of the control signal of the main control part(413) and generates a power. A bush(408) is inserted into a hole of the spindle chassis and supports the central axle(409) of the skew control motor(404). An elastic part is located between the main base(402) and the spindle chassis(405) and prevents traveling of the spindle motor(401).
