PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conceal a piece of information, which specific a person holding copyright or the like, in information constituting an image, without hardly causing image quality to deteriorate. SOLUTION: A differences or a ratio of image characteristics values between temporally or spatially adjacent small areas in a specific position in the image is quantized, and the quantized difference or ratio is adjusted slightly such that it becomes desired bit information which represents concealed information. |
