PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating a duplicate signal for a relay transmission system provided with a transmitter, a repeater and a receiver by using relay information in the signal and to provide a system utilizing the method. SOLUTION: A wireless signal is configured to include at least an ID code and control data including relay information, and when a wireless receiver 1 receives other wireless signal while storing the wireless signal subjected to reception processing for a prescribed time as history data, a wireless receiver 1 compare the stored history data with the relay information included in the received wireless signal so as to discriminate whether or not the reception processing is to be conducted.
