PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair and reinforcing method for the surface of a structure capable of economically lengthening the years of durability of the surface for various deteriorated concrete infrastructures by utilizing new materials. SOLUTION: A predetermined surface of the surface layer of a surface to be repaired of a concrete structure consisting of a plane or curved surface is covered, a surface coming into contact with the concrete structure is tightly adhered to a flexible form 1 having grooves formed to a grid pattern or a pattern of meshes of a net, and a two-liquid type reaction type hardening resin is injected to the surface to be repaired from a filling hole 3A made in the form 1 in this repair and reinforcing method for the structural surface. At this time, a negative pressure is given to the surface to be repaired, and the two-liquid reaction type hardening resin is sucked and filled to the surface to be repaired in a state of a negative pressure given to the surface to be repaired. Moreover to the surface to be repaired, a grid-shaped or mesh-shaped projected stripes made of the two-liquid reaction type hardening resin alone or with a compound member of a tensile reinforcing material are formed. In forming this projected stripes, the two-liquid reaction type hardening resin is injected and continuously and at the same time to the inside having cracks as structural defects thereby forming a reinforcing shape with strong anchors as one united body. |
