PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use cold heat stored in a heat storage section 3 in a heat storage apparatus wherein in a heat storage time zone cold heat applied to brine in a brine circuit 1 with a chiller is stored in the heat storage section 3, while in an air conditioning time zone a room is cooled with cold heat of the chiller 2 and the heat storage section 3. SOLUTION: On the basis of a heat storage amount of a heat storage section 3 detected by a water level sensor 13 upon finishing of an air conditioning time zone, excess judgement means 31 and deficiency judgement means 34 judge whether or not the heat storage amount is excessive. In contrast, the heat storage amount is excessive, heat storage full use means 32 assembles an operation in a heat storage full use direction to an operation pattern in a next day air conditioning time zone, while, when the heat storage amount is insufficient, heat storage preserve means 35 arranges an operation in a heat storage preserve direction to an operation pattern in a next day air conditioning time zone. |
