PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which allows simple taking-out of a roaster and base plate and has a good CS characteristic in the internal constitution of a deuie body of a cooking device using heat in food preparation. SOLUTION: A top plate section 11, plural heating sections 12 which are disposed in juxtaposition below this section 11, a roaster unit 13 for both side roasting existing in the lower part of the heating sections 12, a base plate unit 16 which exists in the position parallel to the roaster unit 13 and drives the heating section 12 and a supporting plate A17 and supporting plate B18 which support the heating section 12 and exist above the roaster unit 13 and the base plate unit 16 are respectively made independently freely attachable and detachable, by which the respectively independent exchange in exchanging the roaster unit 13 and the base plate unit 16 is made possible and therefore the working time for the exchange is made shorter and the simple take-out is made possible.
