PURPOSE: A smart antenna is provided to cancel the interference signal by introducing the interference canceling weight representing the reliability. An interference signal canceling method in an interference canceller assembly apparatus and a storage having a program implemented to cancel the interference signal canceling method are provided. CONSTITUTION: The interference signal canceling method in an interference canceller assembly apparatus includes the steps of obtaining the symbol minimum squared error value from the smart antenna during the operation(202), assigning an interference canceling weight to the signal assumed to be an interference signal by using the obtained error value to partially remove the interference signal(203), and an interference canceling at the interference canceller by using the interference canceling weight(204). The adaptive smart antenna comprises a plurality of antennas, a despreading module by removing the assigned weight and by using the pseudo noise, a weight calculator, and a symbol determining module. The weighting vector used at the weight calculator is optimized by using the least square mean algorithm. The adaptive smart antenna is placed on the front of the interference canceller. The interference canceller comprises a weight inverse calculator, and an interference canceling calculation module to calculate the weight after processing the signal at the despreading module.
