PURPOSE: To easily and accurately adjust the braking power of a centrifugal braking mechanism of a double-bearing reel. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal braking mechanism 23 is a mechanism braking a spool 12 and provided with a rotary member 66, plural braking members 68, a stationary member 67, a connection pin 24 and a braking power adjusting mechanism 69. The rotary member is supported on a bearing holding part 64a in a rotatable and axially unmovable state. Plural braking members are movably attached to the rotary member and shifted by centrifugal force. The stationary member is non-rotatably attached to a brake case 64 in a state movable in the axial direction of the rotary member and the braking power is adjusted by the shift of the stationary member in the axial direction. The connecting pin non-rotatably connects the rotary member to the spool shaft 16 in a state freely movable in the axial direction. The braking power adjusting mechanism shifts the stationary member in the axial direction to adjust the braking power generated by the contact of the braking member with the stationary member.
