<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the interaction processing of a voice response device by generating automatically a program source code that performs the interaction processing based on only the menu hierarchy and the definition of flows of necessary input items. SOLUTION: A programmer who produces an interaction flow of a voice response device describes an information service menu in the grammar that can be interpreted by an interaction processing program generation device. This generation device analyzes the syntax in every sentence and in each processing procedure for the described interaction flow via a procedure/hierarchical structure interpretation part 102 and then stores the menu hierarchy under analysis in a hierarchical structure storage part 101. Then a label production part 103 produces a label to shift the state from the interpreted function name by appending the hierarchy information and inserts the label into an operation definition file 105. A function parts expansion part 104 retrieves a function parts definition storage part 108 based on a function name and expands the function parts into an interaction processing program that can be interpreted by the voice response device to output it to the file 105. Thus an interaction processing program code that can be interpreted by the voice response device is generated.</p> |
