PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mall and integrated optical information processing device of multiple arrays, high density, and multiple pixels which is used for optical computing and optical image processing, etc. SOLUTION: A light-emitting element array 11, where a light-emitting element 6 is inserted in a light-emitting element through hole provided on a silicon substrate, a semiconductor calculation circuit chip 17, and a glass substrate 16 comprising a diffraction-type optical element, are provided. Thus, a small and high-density optical information processing device with multiple arrays is provided. |
