METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FOR PART OF ELECTRO-OPTICAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a part of an electro-optical device in which no liquid substance overflows into other pixels by controlling a time interval of discharge of the liquid substance. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the part of the electro-optical device plural drops per pixel of the specified liquid substance are discharged on the respective corresponding pixels on a substrate divided into the plural pixels. The method is characterized, after landing of a drop of the liquid substance in the pixel and subsequent maximum spreading of it with running on to the partition wall of the pixel, by subjecting the next drop for the pixel to landing in the pixel.
