PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner which execute fragrance operation for a prescribed time after rapidly executing air cleaning operation for a prescribed time when fragrance operation is required. SOLUTION: Operation control is started (S0) for manual operation of the fragrance operation and whether it is the everyday operation or not is judged (S1). If it is not the everyday operation (NO), whether a coordinate switch SW (dedicated for operation) is manually turned ON or not is judged (S8). When it is judged YES, a coordinate memory is updated (S9) and the time SW is turned ON is stored to start the coordinate operation surrounded by dot lines. A motor 10 in the air cleaner main body is driven to start '5 minutes rapid operation' (S5) in the coordinate operation. When the '5 minutes rapid operation' is completed, a small fan 7 is driven to start '5 minutes fragrance operation' (S6). When the '5 minutes fragrance operation' is completed, the operation returns to an operation mode before the control operation.
