PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet for manufacturing a bag having rectangular bottom which has excellent cushioning properties, and the bag having rectangular bottom manufactured using the sheet. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet for manufacturing the bag having rectangular bottom is composed of a laminated sheet, wherein a surface covering sheet is laminated and adhered on at least one surface of a cellular sheet having many closed cell chambers. The cellular sheet has excellent resistance to compression, therefore a ratio of bursting of the closed cell chambers are low when the sheet is passed, under specified conditions, between two rolls rotating in different directions and arranged in parallel.
