PURPOSE: A no-charge communication service system in an exchange is provided to supply free telephone communication to a no-charge communication service subscriber after listening advertisement. CONSTITUTION: An SLC(Subscriber Line Circuit)(52) performs an analog interface connection with an ARS(Audio Response System). A CPRM(CEPT(Conference of European Postal and Telecommunication Administrations) Primary Rate Module)(51) is connected with a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network)(40) and an ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network) PRI(Primary Rate Interface), and transmits a ring to the SCL(52). The CPRM(51) confirms a transmitter telephone number by using the ISDN PRI, and transmits the transmitter telephone number to the ARS through a serial communication port. The CPRM(51) is applied with a guide message through the SLC(52), and transmits the guide message to the PSTN(40).
