METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ERASING FLASH MEMORY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method and a device for erasing a flash memory device are provided to prevent an over-erasing as controlling the time applying an erasing pulse when erasure is performed. CONSTITUTION: The device includes an erasing pulse generator(10) and a large number of switching units(20 through 40). The erasing pulse generator generates an erasing pulse. The large number of switching units are connected to the output terminal of the erasing pulse generating unit and measures an erasing speed with a unit cell on a testing pattern of a flash memory device and is driven according to a controlling signal which is respectively generated differently according to an erasing distribution after measuring the erasing distribution about one die when a proof test is performed.
