PURPOSE: A spare tire fixing device makes the fixing and detaching work of a spare tire easily. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device includes a fixing piece(50), an out case(110), a rod(120), tire fixing hooks(130), an elastic member(140), rod fixing hooks(150) and release buttons(170). The fixing piece(50) is installed on the bottom(B) of a trunk of a car. The out case(110) forms the exterior of the fixing device. The rod(120) is installed inside the out case(110) and vertically moves. The tire fixing hooks(130) are hingedly engaged with the lower side of the rod(120) and descends interlocked with the descent of the rod(120) and widen to both sides to be inserted into and hooked by the inside of the fixing piece(50). The elastic member(140) is installed inside the tire fixing hooks(130) to elastically fix the tire fixing hooks(130) and the rod(120). The rod fixing hooks(150) are hingedly engaged with the both sides of the rod(120) to fix or release the rod(120). The release buttons are installed on one sides of the out case(110) with springs(173) interposed to rotate the rod fixing hooks(150) to a certain angle.
