PURPOSE: A suspension system prevents the position of a wheel from being guided to be tow-out when longitudinal force and transverse force are given to the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A rear mounting bracket(4) is formed behind the middle of a sub frame(2). The rear mounting bracket(4) comprises a longitudinal member(10) and a transverse member(12) formed integrally and perpendicularly with the rear end of the longitudinal member(10). The transverse member(12) has both ends connected with a car body with vertical insulators(14, 16) interposed. Inner connecting parts(26, 28) among car body side connecting parts(26, 28, 30, 32) of trailing arms(22) are connected with the rear part of the longitudinal member(10) with rubber bushes interposed.
