PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine power plant capable of minimizing pressure loss in high-pressure air and conducting cooling effectively when high-pressure air bleed from an air compressor is fed into a gas turbine shaft so as to serve as coolant. SOLUTION: This gas turbine power plant suppresses separation of coolant inside of a space potion of an intermediate shaft 43 by making at least one side of an end face of a flow path in an internal cylinder shaft 40 of an intermediate shaft 30, which leads the coolant to a gas turbine 23 from an air compressor 21, to be shaped like a curved wall. Moreover, a straightening part 50 is housed inside of the internal cylinder shaft 40 of an intermediate shaft 39 and the pressure loss of the coolant is reduced by suppressing growth of a stagnation area produced by spiral flow inside of the space potion of the intermediate shaft 43.
