PURPOSE: A navigation system of a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to travel to the driver's destination conveniently by receiving traffic guide information with a simple and inexpensive navigation system. CONSTITUTION: A navigation system of a vehicle includes a traffic information center(10) controlling traffic state information; a GPS radio terminal(20) transmitting letter and speech information receipt transmitted from the traffic information center and current position to the traffic information center; a navigation unit(21) extracting GPS information received from the GPS radio terminal for processing information, transmitting position and guiding a path to a destination; a display device(23) displaying letter information received from the navigation unit; a speaker(24) outputting a speech signal; and an operational part(22) connecting with the traffic information center with a speech and a contracted signal.
