PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of detecting a wide range of physical quantity with detectability at the substantially same level even if the characteristic of resistance value-detection value of the sensor element is not linear. SOLUTION: Fixed resistances 15, 16 are connected in parallel between an intermediate point 13, which is positioned between a resistor 11 and a compensation resistance 12 connected in series with this resistor 11, and an output end 14 of electric quantity corresponding to a resistance value of the resistor 11, so that an amount of resistance values of a detecting circuit 1 detecting the electric quantity corresponding to the resistor 11 is reduced when measuring a range of physical quantity that a change of resistance value of the resistor 11 relatively small changes corresponding to a change of physical quantity of a measuring means.
