PURPOSE: A descaling system using high pressure water and reducing the temperature deviation in the width direction is provided to feedback control the cooling water amount in a header for maintaining a uniform collision pressure while reducing the cooling water amount at edge parts in the width direction, thereby resolving the surface defects such as the generation of rust due to the scales in the edge parts. CONSTITUTION: In a descaling system using high pressure water and reducing the temperature deviation in the width direction, a high pressure water header(3) is divided into sections having a length for mounting more than two nozzles(2) and connected to a pump via solenoid type pressure control valves(4) capable of pressure-controlling when the high pressure water is supplied and flexible high pressure water hoses(6), wherein the height of the divided header and the pressure of the header have a clearance of ±10% according to a formula, a header pressure(P(bar))=header height(H)1.480+36.7.
