PURPOSE: A met for fomentation is provided to eliminate the use of a harmfulness heating element by adopting oil as a circulating liquid, and to reduce the cost of production by forming a passage of the oil in the mat itself without using a pipe. CONSTITUTION: The met for fomentation is comprised of a liquid heating circulation device(5), and a rectangular exothermic mat(7). Oil contained in a reservoir tank installed with a temperature controller is heated when an electric power switch is turned "On" to supply electric power, thereby the oil is circulated in exothermic rectangular mat through an oil inlet pipe(4) and an oil outlet pipe(3) connected with the exothermic rectangular mat under the actuation of a pump. The heated oil emits heat while being circulated via an oil circulating passage(6). The oil circulating passage is formed by fusing the upper surface and the lower surface of the mat according to a high frequency heating method. A bioceramics(8) is attached on the top of the exothermic mat at regular distances.
