PURPOSE: A system for measuring and automatically managing water content of oil is provided to minimize the inconvenience of inspecting water content of oil periodically and preventing a trouble of an engine by preventing fuel including water much from being injected into a vehicle in advance. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring and automatically managing water content of oil includes a plurality of sensing elements(14) sensing the quantity of foreign matters or water included in oil within an oil supply pipe(12); a conversion element(16) converting or amplifying an electric signal sensed by the sensing elements; a management terminal(20) calculating water content of oil, outputting or storing the calculated value in a storing element(22) in real-time, and embedding a CPU(21) outputting the corresponding control signal; a monitor(24) outputting data and result related to water content input from the management terminal; a printer(26) printing data and result related to the water content; an oil supply interrupting element(10) interrupting oil supply by the control signal input from the management terminal.
