PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plywood structural which reduces propagated sound by dispersing contact surfaces between a plywood main body and horizontal members, and to eliminate the problem due to moisture, etc., by securing venting passages for each horizontal member. SOLUTION: The plywood structural 1 is constructed by forming grooves 3, 3, which enables effective venting on one surface of the plywood main body 2 at respective locations, at which the plywood main body 2 abuts on the horizontal members 4, in a manner forming required intervals.
