摘要 PURPOSE: A method for determining a target time for the function execution of a TMN(Telecommunication Management Network) agent is provided to flexibly determine a target time in consideration of a GP(Granularity Period), a PST(Period Synchronization Time), and the current time, whenever a TMN agent executes a specific function. CONSTITUTION: The first interval is determined on the basis of the current time by the second(S1). An SIT(Scan Initiation Time) and an NTT(Next Target Time) are set up according to the first interval determined(S2). If the first one-shot alarm is ended, it is confirmed whether a GP and a PST have been changed(S3). In case that the GP and the PST don't have been changed, a periodical alarm is set up(S5). Every time the periodical alarm is ended, it is confirmed periodically whether the GP and the PST are changed(S6). If the GP and the PST don't have been changed, the SIT and the NTT are increased(S7).
