PURPOSE: A packaging box for IC sockets is provided to consist of transparent PVC for preventing environmental pollution and be capable of safely packaging a plurality of IC sockets. CONSTITUTION: Two lengthwise steps(34) are formed on both sides of a bottom surface of the packaging box(30) so that a plurality of contacts formed on a bottom of the IC socket(20) cannot be contacted with the bottom surface of the box. Inserting holes(32) are formed on both ends of a top surface of the packaging box(30). Fitting hooks(40) are respectively inserted into the inserting holes(32) to fix the IC sockets loaded into the packaging box(30). In addition, engaging protrusions(42) for preventing the complete insertion of the hook(40) into the hole(32) are formed on top both sides of the hook.
