PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in the case a trash receiving part is formed or stored, in a trash accumulating box capable of compactly storing the trash receiving part so as to be prevented from obstructing traffic when it is not in use. SOLUTION: A base end part of a first/second link member is fixed capable of turning to a pair of struts 4 vertically provided in an installation spot of a trash accumulator box 1, a turn end part of the first/second link member 11 is fixed capable of turning to both sides of a front panel 6 partitioning formed with a trash receiving part, the front panel 6, turn operated with the base end part of the first/second link member 11 serving as the center, can be stored between both the struts 4.
