PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner adaptable to the enhancement of resolution and gradation. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner comprises a resin composition for a toner containing at least a bonding resin and a colorant and has 4-9μm volume average particle diameter. The proportion of the number of particles whose particle diameter is <=40% of the volume average particle diameter to the number of all particles is <=9.0%.
