PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat transfer effect due to production of air bubbles from being reduced and hence to provide an inexpensive ice heat storage reservoir, by removing the air bubbles produced between a heat transfer pipe and ice when there is melted ice formed on an external peripheral section of the heat transfer pipe disposed in the ice heat storage reservoir. SOLUTION: A heat transfer pipe 9a for formation of ice heat formation dipped in a water tank 8 of an ice heat storage reservoir 3 is fixed to a support member 10a while being inclined with respect to a horizontal line, whereby ice formed on an outer peripheral section of the heat transfer pipe 9a is melted upon cooling operation by utilizing cold heat stored in the ice heat storage reservoir 3 to produce air bubbles between the heat transfer pipe 9a and the ice. The air bubbles move owing to buoyancy to an upper portion of the inclined heat transfer pipe 9a along the same, so that the air bubbles are prevented from staying between the heat transfer pipe 9a and the ice. As a result, heat transfer effect due to the production of the air bubbles is prevented from being reduced, and hence an inexpensive ice heat storage reservoir is provided.
