Magnetic trip device

The device has dual plates and cores defining the magnetic circuit and forming air gaps. The magnetic circuit breaker includes a magnetic circuit comprising two parallel plates (10a,10b) which are identical. Each has a main limb (18a, 18b) with a foot (17a,17b) turned at right angles to the main limb. A winding is formed on each branch. At their ends which are opposite to the mobile plate of the device, the two parallel plates are cut into an L-shape. The magnetic circuit offers two air gaps (20a, 20b) formed between the two parallel plates. The insulating structure which supports the windings is formed from two half-shells (21a, 21b) which surround the plates.
