SUBSTANCE: the nut of the helical gearing is linked with the rod by a coupling providing for their mutual mobility in the axial direction. The compression spring and the locking device are coupled to the control mechanism. Radial holes are made in the nut of the helical gearing. The rod is made with torus-shaped or tapered grooves on its inner surface. The locking device consists of a bush with an external tapered or torus-shaped groove, spring and balls installed in the radial holes of the nut for placement of the rod or bush in the grooves. The control mechanism consists of a pusher with a pin and a spring installed inside the screw, and a lever with a handle kinematically linked with the pusher.
