PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer for effectively preventing loosening of a bolt and a nut. SOLUTION: In the washer comprising a pair of inside ring 1 and outside ring 2, the inside ring 1 has a taper 4 tilting from the end 3 of the top surface of the ring 1 to the inside of the ring 1 on the outer periphery thereof and has a protruding part 6 formed along the end of the under surface of the ring 1 by a V-shaped incision 5. The outside ring 2, the part of which is made dividedly annular by a notch 8, has a taper 7 correlating with a tilt of the taper 4 of the inside ring 1 at the upper part of the inner periphery of the ring 2.
