PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of a sheet take-out apparatus comprising a sheet magazine to stock packaging sheets in a stacked condition and a sheet take-out arm having a sheet suction piece to be moved in the perpendicular plane between the sheet take-out position abutted on the packaging sheet on the face of the sheets in the stacked condition and the sheet discharge position. SOLUTION: The sheet take-out arm 6 comprises a lower arm 56 to be turned in the perpendicular plane around a support shaft disposed below the sheet discharge position and an upper arm 54 which is turnably connected to a turning tip part of the lower arm 56 and provided with the sheet suction piece 16 so as to be turned in the plane in which the lower arm 56 is turned, and a posture setting means to set and change the relative posture of the sheet suction piece 16 and the sheet magazine 30 at the sheet take-out position so that the sheet suction port at the tip of the sheet suction piece 16 is abutted on and parallel to the packaging sheet 31.
