<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid fuel and a solid fuel by using a molten plastic liquid as a heat source, adding a solid plastic thereto, sufficiently bringing the solid material into contact with the molten liquid and melting the solid material. CONSTITUTION:A solid plastic is added to and melted by a molten plastic. After melting, a part of the mixture is taken out and cooled to obtain a solid plastic (a solid fuel). In addition, in the case a chlorine-containing resin is used as the solid plastic, soft-burned calcium oxide is added in melting the solid resin so as to react generated hydrogen chloride therewith and to fix it in the form of calcium chloride. There is not a special limitation about the state of the solid plastic, but fine particles or powder respectively passed through a 8 to 10mm sieve is preferably used so as to be readily melted. The temperature of the molten liquid and the amount of added solid plastic are preset within a range satisfying that the molten liquid, after lowering of its temperature due to melting of the solid plastic, exhibits a viscosity where the fluidity is shown. Generally, a temperature some what higher than 300 deg.C where the viscosity of the molten liquid is about 200 poise is preferable.</p> |
