PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance oil-absorption mat having stabilized quality and grade, producible at a low cost, easily discarded to apply little influence on the environment and having excellent oil-absorption, water- absorption, etc. SOLUTION: Fibers produced by the regeneration treatment of recovered wool having high wool ratio is used as a main raw material and blended with adhesive fiber or hot-bonding fiber to obtain a recovered wool felt 1. A spun- bond fabric 2 is bonded to the surface layer and impregnated with a resin to obtain a nonwoven sheet 5. A reclaimed garment marked with a wool mark is used as a main raw material of the recovered wool. A backing layer 4 made of an olefin resin is formed on the back face of the nonwoven sheet 5.
