PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and thinly apply a small quantity of a coating material on the surface of a photosensitive material or the like. SOLUTION: A liquid storage chamber 522 is structured by combining a jetting structural member 502 provided with a liquid chamber part 514 having a nozzle hole 512 with a driving member 506, the driving member 506 is instructed by being directly connected to an actuator 504 and is directly driven at a high frequency by the actuator 504. As a result, the liquid in the liquid storage chamber 522 is atomized to decrease the particle diameter, the jetting interval of the liquid drops is shortened and a small quantity of the liquid is thinly and uniformly applied.
