PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter-equipped sash enabling an inner frame to be replaced with the desired one and being easy to construct since it can be mounted to the skeleton of a building in a single operation. SOLUTION: The sash includes an outer frame 3 formed by a four-way frame mounted to the skeleton 2 of the building and an inner frame 4 formed by a four-way frame selected from plural kinds of window sashes and mounted to the inner periphery of the outer frame 3. The shutter body 6 of a shutter 5 for openably closing the outdoor side of the outer frame 3 is contained within the head 3a of the outer frame 3.
