PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of feeding a jack part into a desired position and enable lever motion. SOLUTION: An operating rod enclosing a line 3 communicating a hydraulic pressure feeding/discharging part 1 with the jack part 2 is set to have a rigid structure with a predetermined mechanical strength, and a flange portion provided to project in the form of a hook piece at the lower end of the jack part is contained within a vacant part formed in a baseplate similarly constituting the lower end of the jack part when the jack part is most contracted.
