PURPOSE: A water-soluble rubberized waterproof materials of asphalt paint film containing thermoplastic elastomer are provided, which easily constructs underground structures and rooftop structures since which are able to coat wet mortar and concrete surface. And a method for preparing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The water-soluble rubberized waterproof materials of asphalt paint film comprise: (i) 100 part by weight of rubberized waterproof materials of asphalt paint film containing thermoplastic elastomer; (ii) 4-6 part by weight of polyoxyethylene oleiether; (iii) 2-4 part by weight of polyoxyethylene oleicetyether; (iv) 3-5 part by weight of sodium dioctyl per succinate; (v) 2-4 part by weight of ammonium dodecyl benzene sulfate; and (vi) 30-50 part by weight of water. The method comprises steps of: (i) heating 100 part by weight of rubberized waterproof materials of asphalt paint film containing thermoplastic elastomer at a temperature of 150-170 deg.C with stirring and adding 4-6 part by weight of polyoxyethylene oleiether, 2-4 part by weight of polyoxyethylene oleicetyether, 3-5 part by weight of sodium dioctyl per succinate and 2-4 part by weight of ammonium dodecyl benzene sulfate thereto; (ii) cooling down the mixture of the step (i) to a temperature of 60-80 deg.C; and (iii) adding 30-50 part by weight of water to the product of the step (ii) with stirring at 1,000-3,000 revolution per minute for 1-3 hours. |
