This invention relates to a device for winding the earphone cord of a cellular phone and a stationary battery charge of the cellular phone with that cord winding device built in it, the cord winding device comprising a winding unit to wind a cord of an earphone without having to be connected through contact; a winding reel installed in the body of a case through a passage to lead the cord on one side of a jack; and a Y-type holder to hold the receiver of the earphone; while the stationary battery charger, having such a winding device with a built-in charging jack in its lower portion, comprises a binding part attached to the lower portion; a jack-fixing part combined with the binding part and having straight anchor holes and semicircular grooves on both sides; an operation part with a moving piece inserted in the anchor hole and combined with the charging jack, and a charging jack part with an operation button of the charging jack inserted in the semicircular grooves. |
