The spectacles lens frame has a pair of sidearms (4) which are hinged to the front frame (2) supporting the optical lenses (10), for movement between a working position and a folded position in which they lie adjacent the front frame. Each pivot hinge has a bearing element (18) attached to the front frame or the sidearm, provided with 2 stop surfaces (21,22) corresponding the the working and folded positions of the sidearm and a central opening receiving the bent end section (16) of the sidearm or the front frame.
