PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acryl-based resin composition and a resin sheet scarcely causing deterioration of an impact strength to a resin sheet having no matting performances while having the matting performances. SOLUTION: This acryl-based resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of an acryl-based resin, 1-20 pts.wt. of an acryl-based crosslinked polymer having 2-9μm mean particle diameter and 1-50 pts.wt. of an elastomer having multiplayer structure. The resin sheet is composed of the acryl-based resin composition. |
