PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment with a connector with easy maintenance owing to reduced number of parts and reduced operation time owing to reduced number of assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: Electronic equipment 13 retaining a plurality of electronic parts 13g, 13i, a connector 12, and a circuit part 12c connected between the connector and the electronic equipment, are installed in a case 11. The circuit part 12c is constructed by means of distributing terminals 12b of connector 12 in a plane and/or three-dimensionally. An opening 11a, where the mounting position of the circuit part 12c and the whole area, where the electronic parts 12g, 12h are deployed, are exposed, is formed. Above electronic parts are mounted to the above circuit part and sealed hermetically by a resin layer 14.
