PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main clamping apparatus which is simplified as a single parts, easy in clamping operation of a work, easy in positioning the work to a clamping body, and easy in attachment/detachment of the work, and provide an auxiliary clamping apparatus which is used together with the main clamping apparatus and excellent in clamping operation. SOLUTION: The clamping body 12 is mounted on a supporting shaft 11 erected on a fitting base 1 in an eccentrically turnably and vertically movable manner, and a locking member 13 to fix the clamping body 12 in a turnable and vertically immovable manner at a predetermined position of the supporting shaft 11. The clamping body 12 is substantially circular in plan view, has a substantially V-shaped fit-in recess 17 partly or entirely around the circumference thereof, and the fit-in recess is fitted in and tightened to an edge of the work W.
